Topaz & Numby Guide: Best Build, Relics, Light Cones, and Teams in Honkai Star Rail

Even with newer relic options available in 2026, the classic combo of Firesmith of Lava-Forging and Inert Salsotto is still a reliable, easy-to-farm baseline that works great for most content.

4-Set Of Firesmith Of Lava-Forging

This is my go-to 4-piece set for Topaz. The 2-piece bonus gives her 10% Fire DMG, which is already nice for her Skill and Ultimate. The 4-piece bonus increases Skill DMG by 12%, and after she uses her Ultimate, her Fire DMG goes up another 12% for the next attack. Since Topaz's damage is heavily Fire-based and Numby's follow-ups benefit from that elemental boost, this set keeps her output consistent. If you want a one-size-fits-most damage set, this is it.

4-Star Light Cone: Swordplay

Swordplay is an excellent 4-star alternative. It increases Topaz's DMG dealt by 8% each time she hits the same target, stacking up to 5 times. You'll also want some supports to buff ATK or CRIT stats, plus a sustain to keep everyone alive.

• Topaz: Sub-DPS and follow-up enabler, focusing on debuffing enemies and letting Numby go wild.
